Booking procedure

- After making your reservation, please provide necessary documents and pay the deposit within 48 hours to confirm your reservation.
- Payment methods：for this package, payments must be made with remittance or credit card on line, cash is not acceptable.
- Deposit：a deposit of 2 nights room rate must be paid in full within 48 hours of making the reservation.

Cancellations
 - Please make your cancellation at least 4（included）days prior to your check-in date. For cancellations made within 3 days or no-show, the 2-night deposit will be confiscated.
 - In the event of flight changes, relocated to government quarantine facilities upon your entry to Taiwan, or other situations caused by CDC’s policy changes, please also contact the hotel and provide relevant proofs for free cancellation.


Other regulations

 - Check-in & check-out time：check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time before 12pm.
 - Early check-in before 09:00 or late check out after 18:00, will be charged for one night of the room charge.
 - Early chek in between 09:00-12:00 or late check-out between 15:00-18:00 will be charged for half of the room charge unless informed beforehand.
